Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Zeeshan Media ("we", "us") handles information on this website (zeeshanmedia.com) and in the Zeeshan Media publishing tool (the "Tool"), an internal application we use to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channels.
1. Who uses the Tool
The Tool is used only by Zeeshan Media to manage YouTube channels that we own: Moat Breakdown, Cold Thread Mysteries and Steady Parent Lab. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access any other person's YouTube account.
2. Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, visibility and publishing schedule on our channels. By using YouTube content or features made available through the Tool, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Information the Tool accesses
- Basic YouTube channel information (channel ID and name) needed to select the correct channel.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, used only to perform the actions listed in section 2.
- Metadata of videos we upload (video ID, title, description, tags, publish time, upload status).
The Tool does not access viewer data, comments, subscriber lists, private messages, or any data from accounts other than our own.
4. How information is used and stored
Information is used only to upload and schedule our own videos and to keep an internal record of what was published. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our automation server. Video metadata is kept in a private spreadsheet that only we can access. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Retention and deletion
Video records are kept for as long as the related video exists on our channels. OAuth tokens are deleted when we disconnect the Tool. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page, after which the Tool can no longer access the account. Stored API data that has not been refreshed is deleted within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services policies.
6. This website
This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and it does not collect personal information from visitors. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.
7. Children
This website and the Tool are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
